  2. Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  3. Develop and manage marketing budgets
  4. Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions, Company’s brands management and other marketing projects
  5. Develop sales forecasting and product branding plans
  6. Offer expert advice to the Management Board to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
  7. Monitor agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  8. Work with new business development team and sales teams on brand initiatives
  9. May oversee the operation of a company’s website or marketing program and provide analytics review
  10. Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines
  11. Develop and implement Marketing policies and procedures
  12. Determine KPIs for Marketing department
  13. Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, media people, politicians, etc.
  14. Measure and provide reports on each Marketing campaign
  15. Conduct customer, brand and product research initiatives
  16. Yêu cầu công việc
  17. MBA/BSc/BA in Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Economics, International Relations, Law or similar relevant field
  18. A proven track record of successful Marketing campaigns
  19. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  20. Knowledge of finance, especially expense management and profit and loss statements, is desirable
  21. Familiarity with the creative side of marketing and design
  22. Previous working experience as Marketing Director from 5 years
  23. Excellent in English/ Knowing other foreign languages is an advantage
